About Us

Located in Hinsdale, IL, Assistance League Chicagoland West is part of a national organization with chapters throughout the United States. We serve children and adults in need across DuPage and western Cook counties. Our goal is to transform lives and strengthen community through programs that support education and self-reliance, while fostering a sense of connection and belonging.

Our all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit takes responsibility for identifying community needs, structuring programs to fill those needs, raising the funds necessary, then delivering the solutions. Proceeds from our signature fundraiser Books & Brunch-along with donations from individuals, businesses and foundations-remain in the community to support our local philanthropic programs.
